Hamburger Yakisoba – Weight Watchers 7 Points

This one is an oldie but goody.  It takes me back to the days of eating in the chow hall.  This was one of my favorite dishes that they served.  No surprise because it is delicious.  It is funny how you can love a dish but seem forget about it if you haven’t had it in a while.  That is what happened here.  I had a flashback last week and decided to make this dish.  I surprised my wife today by making it.  She liked the chow hall version as much as I did and was glad when she figured out that I was making yakisoba.  This made 12 servings which is a lot but the recipe can easily be cut in half.
